You can configure this tool as IDE tool.
It parses a sourcecode of a DLL recursivly inclusive its includes and generates on the basis of found ProcedureDLLs a headerfile.
You can use this file for importing the DLL in a new host.
There are binaries for both, linux and windows in the Zip-Package.
