Yes, you?re right. Your favorite graphics tool can do. But TinyEdges is fast, small, and lacks all the non-necessary knick-knack. If you buy the full version, you may adjust the radius of the rounded edges, put an ellipse on or a transparent frame... AND: Commercial usage is permitted only when using TinyEdges RMX for only 4,99 Euro.
After started, you open an image (JPG, PNG, BMP), and apply your wishes. Export your creation to PNG, and finished. The commercial version imports JPEG2000, TIFF, and TGA and offers ellipse, wooden frame, and a adjustable watermark-text.
