Port Numbers

Overview

With the following nomination you get a list of the most important port numbers and their meaning. While accessing Internet, e.g. a FTP server with the PureBasic Network commands (see for example "PureBasic/Examples/Atomic FTP Server"), you must indicate a port number. More informations about "Internet Protocol Standards" you find beside others at this site: http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfcxx00.html.

Note: Some providers can block single port numbers!
