Syntax
Result = InitMouse()Description
Initialize the Mouse environment for later use. You should call this function before any other functions in this library. If the result is null, no mouse is available. This function tries to open DirectX (v3.0 with NT4.0 compatibility or v7.0 else); if it fails then DirectX is either not avaliable or is too old be used.
