IsMail()

Result = IsMail(#Mail)Description
Tests if the given #Mail number is valid and if the mail has been correctly initialized. This function is bullet-proof and may be used with any value. If the 'Result' is not zero then the object is valid and has been initialized, otherwise it returns zero. This is the correct way to ensure that the mail is ready for use.
